Another fun time -- I did really enjoy the relationship between the two characters. At time the banter felt a bit clunky between the siblings.

I am voluntarily posting an honest review after reading an advance reader copy of this story.
The first book in a new series. 3 sisters are basically shunned by society after their parents scandal & divorce. they start a business, Elegant Occasions & have enough friends & acquaintances that are willing to use their services that the business is going strong when we come in four years later. Diana & Geoffrey are nice, as are the secondary characters. The plot & some of the happenings are not of the 1800's but could have been if society wasn't stuck in the medieval ages. I like the idea of an event planning business, I can see where titled ladies would be good at helping others with food, fashion, & the hundreds of details a successful party needs to be a hit. These same things I like also made the book not much of a historical story, it was modern thinking enough that it clashed with my idea of historical life.
