When I found out that Kennedy Ryan had written a book about a second chance, I immediately realized that I had to read it. I love this book trail so much that I couldn't pass by this book.

Josiah and Yasmen went through a difficult stage in their lives — several losses of loved ones at once. This really broke them, which is why their marriage began to fall apart. But after the divorce, they still have to maintain a relationship, because they have children and a common business.
A few years after the divorce, when old wounds begin to heal, they begin to realize that they are strongly attracted to each other. They wonder, what if we give the toroshenii a second chance, or is it too late? After all, it's scary to hurt each other again.

Kennedy Ryan builds a positive opinion about working with a psychologist. It's very cool, I like it so much that she devoted a lot of attention in a book on this topic.

I like how the characters grow with each page. I laughed, worried, cried with them, because the characters turned out to be so alive and real, I didn't want to say goodbye to them so much.

Loved this book! Enjoyed the writing style and 2nd chance romance in a grown relationship. Enjoyed all characters and the book flowed very well. Definitely recommend to others and can’t wait for Soledad’s story!

This was a beautiful book, a second-chance romance. Yazmin and Josiah divorced after family tragedies, which takes a toll on Yazmin's mental health. Unable to cope and seeking to heal has taken its time, and Yazmin is slowly regaining herself. She has a great support system, an interesting group of new friends, but also a supportive community.
I enjoyed this story, even though I dislike reading first POV stories. This story was captivating. Not only in the way healing is depicted, it felt real and you can relate to the character. I also enjoyed Josiah's growth and his black moment. Him going to his therapist to work out his issue, is just beautiful and made out of love. I loved him.

The audiobook readers.. OMG, THEY made this book for me, so I recommend listening to the audiobook.

4 estrellas porque lo sentí un poquito apresurado al final y por algunos detalles pero totalmente recomendado.
los primeros 50% me tenían llorando en cada capítulo.

I did really like this, and I loved the writing style. But I was over the sex scenes in the end, chapter after chapter after chapter. They have sex, I get it.

Beautiful story of love, loss, mental health and redemption. I really enjoyed the way this story was told. I didn’t want it to end.
