The art of this graphic novel is fantastic and immediately drew me in. The story is enjoyable but due to the length it’s hard to gain any strong connection with the characters. By the time you get pulled into the story it’s over but for the time you spend reading it’s a fun journey.

A disappointment. I have liked the Dark Horse adaptations of Gaiman's short stories, and I adore [a:Moon|454774|Fábio Moon|https://d.gr-assets.com/authors/1309371479p2/454774.jpg] and [a:Bá|313357|Gabriel Bá|https://d.gr-assets.com/authors/1298668985p2/313357.jpg], but this just fell flat for me. The art was wonderful, but the story didn't do that much for me. I found the trope of girls as alien beings somewhat overstated and thought the artistic depictions of the boys to be more mature than what the text suggested.

I personally didn't enjoy this as much as the regular short story but the art is still nice and it wasn't bad or anything!

Illustrations were interesting, but a somewhat confusing short story. Might read it again as a story rather than graphic novel adaptation.

I love Neil Gaiman so much. His writing is so weird and unexpected, and "How to Talk to Girls at Parties" is no different. This graphic novel version was an especially fun way to read this short story of two teenage boys who stumble into the wrong house party and meet a group of girls who are anything but what they seem.

This was a weird story. Enn and his friend go to a party and Enn has a lot of random conversations with pretty girls and it never raises a single red flag in his brain that the things they are saying make absolutely no sense.
