I bought it as a gift for someone and read some before I could get it to them. I marked some poems I liked or that resonated with me the most, as an added way to share with them. Did not finish it before giving it to them.

I'm sure this poetry is for someone but I simply didn't vibe with it.  All the same, I finished the whole book. I honestly found the last entry the most compelling, though it was more narrative than poem. The poetry itself seemed mismatched, the rhymed ones felt a little too off to me. All in all, just not my thing.

I absolutely love this book. There are so many pages that explain my exact situation and it hits home. Gabbie has been through so much and this book captures maybe 50% of it, which is amazing. She’s so artistic in every way and I love that she’s able to express her feelings and her experiences through her art. Gabs, thank you for this masterpiece. Your artwork, strength, and perseverance inspires me to be a better person every day. Love you long time

I'm not sure why there's all this negativity about this book. I love her writing style and the material is highly relatable to me personally. I also adore the illustrations. Overall a very wonderful collection of poetry and artwork. I'm just glad I don't let critics tell me what to like, because I might have missed out on this one if I let the opinions of others decide what I read.

half of these so called "poems" are just "should-have-stayed-in-the-drafts-tweets" and the other half is either trying to be edgy yet funny quotes or actually decent wordplay
over all at least better than the first book (which honestly doesnt count for much but oh well)

This reminded me of an young adult/adult version of Shel Silverstein poems. It was whimsical and relatable and not too serious — honestly, a nice change of pace!

I had not heard of Gabbie Hanna until reading this book, so I don’t know why so many of the reviews are leaving such hateful comments. For what it’s worth, just remember that the person you’re reviewing is a real living and breathing human being. Reviews are meant to inform potential future readers, not to belittle a person.
