Beautiful, provocative, bizarre — and not necessarily in that order. The vignettes, while fascinating, ultimately lacked significance to me; I closed the book feeling as though no statement had been made, no commentary was presented. And perhaps that was the author's intention, but I was left wanting something more than a poetic, erotic departure into the profound and inexplicable world of dreams.

A friend gave me this book since they were moving away, a great way to receive a strange book, beautifully written and wistful.
