Good enough to keep me interested but definitely not what I would consider well-written. The details were great but outside of the descriptions of the medical equipment/procedures, was pretty superfluous. Additionally, it seemed like the author really wanted to have a bunch of things going on and bring them together, but it came off as really busy and more ambitious than was able to be pulled off.
