I think this is my favourite of the series so far. It was a bit slow to start, but once I got into it I just COULDN’T PUT IT DOWN. Plus it has one of the best big reveals I’ve read (even though I already knew about it from watching Shadowhunters). It’s just SO GOOD.
I’m still not sure whether I like Jace and Clary. I find Jace very naive and kind of wishy-washy in the way he takes sides. Just commit bro. As for Clary, her pining over Jace has just kinda been annoying for the last few books. Hopefully this will change now !!! Yay!!!!
My main problem is STILL NOT ENOUGH MAGNUS BANE. Where’s my favourite warlock at? I need my comedy relief and he’s the man to provide it. (Bring him back to me and no one will be harmed.)
Anyway, would recommend, this is the best so far and that’s all I’ve got to say. (Also what is it with characters named Sebastian that makes me want to hate them just from being mentioned? Yikes)

Loved it! So good. The ending was perfect. Although there are a few unanswered questions I'm hesitant to keep reading the rest of the series for fear of spoiling it.

I love the world created by Clare and the sexy, tense relationships between the characters. I predicted the end fairly early in the series but I still loved the book.
