WHY did I read this book? Its a marketing book with nothing new to say. OOO, Steve Jobs brought Apple back. OOO Southwest and Harley have customer loyalty. OOO Walmart sucks now.

Thought provoking book

This is one of those books that talks about ideas and approaches that seem so obvious, yet most people don’t do. I’ll certainly be adapting my approach to business moving forward.

It’s easy to read and fun. I’m likely to come back to it from time to time to ensure I stay focused on my ‘why’.

One of the best books I`ve read in 2018! I highly recommend it to anyone not only those interested in management books.
