Quick romantasy read
I didn't particularly enjoy the pacing, it felt like most of the book dragged until everything went into chaos all at once. May continue the series at a later date, but for now, it hasn't really captured my need to immediately read more.

This was chaotic in the best way! I loved that so much was going on with all the characters it kept things interesting. I also didn't see that twist and loved how everything was based off a misunderstanding LOL. This was a very enjoyable read!

oh my GOODNESS I loved this book. Soul mates trying to kill each other, strong female friendships, twists I didn't see coming. Lots of things I like.

A slow start with a strong finish. The author really gained her feet as the story went on. Looking forward to the next installment.

If you are a fan of Margaret Rogerson and Shelby Mahurin then you will probably like this. I love that the chapters are short. It makes the book easy to get through. The 3 different POVs also makes for fast storytelling. I love the magic system and I’m always down for an enemies to lovers story. Was this story a little bit corny at times? Yes, but I don’t care! I had a good time!
