A satisfying ending to a very fun series. Not for the easily scared though.

The fourth book in the Skeleton Creek series. Ryan and Sarah are still following the trail of clues left by the Apostle. But the ghost of Old Joe Bush is still out there, and the Raven is still stalking Ryan. Can Ryan and Sarah solve the mystery before it's too late. Fans of the series will enjoy the book and the videos created to go along with the story.

Amazing. Truly amazing. Thrilling, heart-pounding, one of the best books I've ever read. The combination of writing and videos gave it that real-life edge that just...wow. Amazing.

Spoilers:
So, I am a little disappointed by the ending...I'm wondering if the author had a plan from the beginning to have this a history lesson, or if it was just decided at the last book...I mean, I'm a teacher, and I love how books throw in history lessons here and there, but to make the entire series all about that, well, I just expected a different ending. I really loved the first two, but then it just seemed to take a different direction. I guess if i didn't read them back to back I might have a different reaction...otherwise, I liked the computer parts, and the kids at my school absolutely love them!!!!

I was kind of disappointed by this one. Maybe just because I liked the others so much, the ending just kind of fell flat. I wish more had been said about the Crossbones - maybe I would have more interest if I knew more about them and what they did, other than their three rules, trying to kill people, and hating Poe.
