"Story Raider" is book two of the Weaver Trilogy and I think it's even better than the first book.  In this book, Tanwen and her Corsyth friends race to find the strands that they hope will cure Gryfelle.  Meanwhile Queen Braith begins her reign but struggles to hold the kingdom together.  Of course, nothing is easy, and evil hopes to disrupt everything.  So much happens in this book and it's quite a page turner.  In this series I just love the language that the author creates and uses eg I don't give a flying fluff hopper; mind your nibbles and nackles; don't put all your hedge-nibblers in one barrel.  The author is really very talented and I hope she write more in the future.
