Very good, very short story. usually i am not a huge fan of the super shorts, but this one was good. It did feel like it could be kind of a lead in or intro to a great story though. Maybe i will get lucky and she will come out with something about the two of them in New Orleans:)

The 1NightStand stories are for the most part stand-alone and written by different authors. They have certain things in common Castillio Resorts and most importantly Madame Eve who has a gift of matching people who invariably end up with more than 1 night whether it is a forever kind of love or a chance to see if there is a chance for a forever kind of love.
In Cinderella Wore Combat Boots. An injury received while on deployment has earned First Sergeant Cori Valentine an early retirement from the Marine Corps. She is devastated she is 40 single and now being forced into an uncertain future. Cori has devoted her life to the Corps and the men and women in her unit are not going to let her get out of her retirement party. They go so far as to arrange a date for her with Madame Eve’s 1NightStand service. Retired SEAL, Sol Keller has been where Cori is and is just the man to see her through the party and give her a clue that her service to her country doesn't have to be defined by the Corps.
As anyone who has read my blog with any regularity knows I am a big fan of military romance. And this short read gets 5 stars from me. I really liked Cori and Sol and would've enjoyed reading more but what I read hit every button.

I guess I should keep my big mouth shut, since this was a book I only got because it was free...
But this is me, so, yeah right! :)

A really short story about this strong military woman... who has some strong problems about some scars she got while on the job, and who seems to be fifteen when dealing with a guy :/
Also, why the hell is this called "Cinderella(...) o_O?? I honestly do not compute.
Oh, and it features a cheesy, cheesy scene of two grown ups making out under a restaurant's table.
lol God
Definitely not my cup of tea... coffee...whatever.
