In a time where fast-paced epidemiological thrillers will jump in popularity, The Homeland Directive does an excellent job of fitting the bill. As only a casual graphic novel reader can rave, the color scheme and frames were of captivating composition. I really enjoyed the vibrant colors and clean lines of the layout, and the difference of styles (between presidential conversations and action scenes) was neat. If you're looking for a government thriller with medical and technological overtones but don't want to read a Preston novel, check this one out!

A relatively solid plot for this post-9/11 conspiracy thriller. It has an intriguing terrorist plot, but it wrapped up really quickly and the whole "why was this happening?" was never really answered. Great art and strong character development for the short stint.

A great reminder that big brother IS watching you - but why and what's happening behind the scenes with the info. Fast pacing and well tied together.

This hits a bit different after Covid I think.

Also it was just very dull and the wrap up was boring.
