That was a lot of reading about menstrual periods, childbirths and other vagina related topics. The irony of a biblical story that is this female focused, in almost an offensively detailed way, I could appriciate. But that didn't change the fact that this was, unfortunately, not a great story.

Recomendo demais.

A fascinating excursion into biblical times. The author has taken a female character from the Bible (Dinah) and given her a voice. Although many liberties are taken with the original story, it is extremely well-written and a must-read for any feminist. On a personal level, though, I could have done without so many birthing scenes... ;)
