Frederick and Miranda are characters that I found incredibly hard to like, much less care about. Despite that, I loved reading about Frederick through Miranda’s perspective, and the other way around. While I found both characters to be extremely unlikable, I enjoyed watching the characters themselves come to the same realization.
Miranda’s point-of-view is incredibly hard to read, not because of the graphic descriptions of kidnapping, but because she just does NOT stop complaining about every little thing. Surely she has bigger problems than Frederick getting her non appetizing food.
