The MC is vapid and just got a good character. It’s giving Tell Me Lies vibes and I absolutely hated that book. Handles anorexia unfavorably (what’s with authors having a character needing to starve to extreme lengths), there’s a whole ass gang rape scene that made me want to chuck the book especially after the planned parenthood trip and the gay comment. How is this book popular! Like I had a hard time wanting to continue on with it because of how terrible the plot actually is from the premise I was promised.

I enjoyed it. It's well written. But it felt like too much to be about a school shooting and sexual assault and a bad relationship. I could have done with at least one less major theme.
