Honestly, I’m not big on exercise, and I wouldn’t have bought this book if it wasn’t Harry’s, but this was a really insightful book. Harry’s perspective was honest and personal, and really made me think about my own lifestyle and how I could possibly incorporate some significant change into it.
The exercises Harry demonstrates are also a range of difficulties so there’s something for everyone and I think this book would be so useful for people who aren’t already familiar with exercise regimes AND those who are.
Plus I love Harry Judd so

I’ve had this book sitting on my shelf for a while. I brought it because I’m a McFly fan. Anyways when lockdown came because of Covid 19, I found myself pulling it off the shelf and having a look inside. I ended up building my home circuit sessions using some of the exercises from this book. It was a real help and I will continue to use it for my home work out endeavours. However this is a book of two halves. The second half is all the exercises. The first half is a bit of an autobiography from Harry himself. I’ve finally got round to reading the first half of this book and found it inspiring and motivating. I recommend it to anyone who is starting out on a home workout mission.
