4.5 rounded up. I have been thinking about this book since I finished it 6 hours ago. There were many aspects of it that I wish were different, and that initially stopped me from giving it a full 5 stars, but I can't remember the last time a novel absorbed me so completely. I have so much to say about it that I cannot in good conscience even begin to try and contain it all in a Goodreads review. Genuinely considering starting a book club for the sole purpose of talking about this. Please read it.
