I’m so invested in the characters at this point that I couldn’t stop reading (or listening, rather, as I’m doing the audio books), but this one really dragged on at points. Much of the action felt repetitive and predictable, and I’m left wondering if the rest of the books are going to take a twist and do something new or if it will be more of the same. I guess I’ll find out...

Ugh not worth the time, I hope the next three books are better but I’m sorely losing interest in the series

Enjoyed this book more than the rest so far which I think is mostly due to the fact it’s the first book I haven’t seen it all in the tv series. With that being said, the parts that were new & weren’t in season 5, I flew through & enjoyed greatly! Can’t wait to read the next!

I do love these books, even if they are overly long and sometimes slow or frustrating. I am looking forward to the next one, although it may be a little while before I pick it up....I am pretty sure at 1439 pages this is the longest single book I have ever read.
