You have to listen to this book!  I don't know how good it would be in print.  This narrator is fantastic, and her book showcases all her gifts:  male and female voices, accents, younger vs. older voices, and other sounds.  It was an amazing listen.  It's a romance book, but it's got more substance than you would expect.  And there are a few laugh-out-loud parts that are so worth it!

I am so happy to see that Julia Whelan’s exceptional skill extends from narrating stories to writing them. This book is heartfelt, funny and sweet as all hell, and is a character journey I loved going on. Sawanee is both a unique character and an easily relatable character, she feels real and whole, and seeing her journey to self acceptance and inner peace was truly wonderful.

I really enjoy the commentary on the book and audiobook industry throughout the story, the mixing of romance and character growth for Sawanee was excellently balanced, and hearing this book read by Julia herself is a must for everyone.
