“she's a burst of light in my dark, erupting life in the rotting depths
of my soul. she is everything i don't deserve. but i'm going to keep her anyway.”

the feminine rage in this book was so beautifully written. i feel for auren and i hope she gets what she deserves when all is said and done, because this girl deserve the whole world. i could not put this down once i picked it up again (other reads got in the way, i fear) and there were so many twists and turns near the end that had my jaw dropping like crazy. i think i was sweating and having heart palpitations for the last third of the book lol. this was so. freaking. good.

I’m officially OBSESSED! I love Auren’s growth and how her fierce heart keeps beating with kindness despite all of the awfulness it has endured. SLADE. That’s all the needs to be said about that *sighs dreamily*. And Midas can eat a bag of dicks. He made me SO freaking ANGRY. Definitely looking forward to whatever Book Four has in store for Auren, Rip, and the Wrath.

This story is shaping up to be so incredible!!

I'm absolutley dead over this book. Seeing Auren snap hersekf out of the chains she's been confined in her whole life basically and breaking herself out was something I didn't know I needed. I can already tell that this story is going to be so so special to me and I can't even say how many tears I shed while reading this (and I'm not a crier!).

Also, can I just say... Slade the man that you are. I love how he's just honestly down for his woman. And I love the whole wrath, but i feel liek that goes without saying.
