the book itself was a bit slow, i do find that i liked icebreaker better however russ is competing with nate to be number 1 book bf and i love it

So much communication. Great summer vibes, not a huge amount of plot. Didn’t have to use my brain at all. Big fan.

This one was much better than Icebreaker. I love Russ and Aurora. They were so sweet and caring to each other. I was very happy that there was no 3rd act breakup, and the couple worked through any issues. Just like Icebreaker, I loved the side characters. The epilogue was much much better than the last one. I liked the summer camp setting. The kids and the dogs were fun and cute.

Part of me really likes that Grace's characters have normal people problems. The issues of the book aren't overly ridiculous or blown out of proportion. However, the other part of me finds it incredibly boring. This is why, again, I feel like this book had no plot. The plot is their relationship and the issues with Russ and Aurora's parents. And after about half the book, I got bored.

Muffin's book was fun. I can't wait to start Henry's.
