So many emotions.

There's so much in this story I don't even know where to start.

There's so much more to learn in this book about all the characters than there was in the previous two books.

It resolves some stories while also giving things to look forward to figuring out on the next book.

I can't wait for the next one.

Great story but...

This is great story and I loved it. The on!y reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 was because of the grammar and editing mistakes. Some parts were confusing because it would say she instead of he. Or it would say she takes off her jacket when 2 pages back it said she had left it.
I love the characters and can't wait for the next one.
I hope Roisland finally gets a happy ending hopefully with Caine! ;)

Blood Hunter

I loved this book and I was really sad when Miranda died. It was even more heartbreaking for her to come back and not really be alive. I hope Rosalind finds closure.

I can't believe how this book has over 4 stars! The male lead is just garbage - he's sexist and ridiculous for someone over 10, let alone centuries old. The female lead is waffling over this asshat that did horrible things to her and hasn't been honest about absolutely anything including direct questions that absolutely affect her. There's a tonne of lead up to them hooking up, but then it happens basically out of nowhere.. and then he's a jerk about it? Ugh.

A lot of reviews focus on the female lead being annoying, but I don't find her nearly as bad as almost every other character. I agree with some other people that there were a LOT of plot points, but not enough character development. They also introduce a lot of characters and then don't resolve their plots or even really bring them up again...

I love this author and want to devour all their books but i’m just not feeling this series. It’s possibly because I have left big gaps between reading the books but i’m not connecting with the characters. I mean Caine is super hot and i’m planning on reading the last book just for him alone so that’s something.

Another great installment from CN Crawford!! This installment has it all love, murder, necromancy and gods magic. If you are looking for something to hook you this will fit the bill.

I'm so grateful it's over. Finishing it felt a bit like self flagellation.
