Not quite Gail Carson Levine’s Prilla, but still the cutest fairy in the lexicon.

Very cute book. Perfect for little girls. We'll get the others, I'm sure.

A bit annoying sometimes how she couldn't explain herself, but that's her character and still a cute, delightful story, all these fairy books are.

I continue to enjoy not knowing how the story is going to unfold or what the moral is exactly and how it's going to be taught. However, this one didn't impress or affect me half as much as some of the others did.

A good book about how even "innocent" white lies can be harmful. Prilla doesn't want to disappoint her friends, and she can't say no. So what's that harm in saying she loves butterflies? Well when all the butterfly herders become sick everyone looks to Prilla to fill in. Sometimes a white lie can land you in a sticky situation.
