After the events of this book, if Morgan ever goes near Cal again with feelings of wanting to get back together, I will personally punch her in the face. I'm hoping she gets together with Hunter, he's much more interesting and much less sickening. I never liked Cal for his possessiveness, hence why this book showing his true colours has earned it a higher rating than previous books.

These books are kind of like cotton candy for the brain. There's really not much to them, but you kind of want more and more, and then you feel a little sick afterwards.

I really think younger me would have absolutely loved this series! It’s definitely a solid YA read, just a little too predictable as an adult. I read this in about two hours, so it’s a very easy, short read.
