Volume 83 covers chapters 828 to 838. Whole Cake Island, here we come. Luffy and the Straw Hats finally make it into the territory of the Emperors of the Sea, and it ain't no cakewalk. Meanwhile, Sanji is reunited with his family in their attempt to unite the Charlotte family with the power of Germa 66. Will Luffy be able to save Sanji, or will he succumb to her Sweet 3 generals? So many plot points are revealed that were set up hundreds of chapters ago, while many more pieces are set up for the final saga.

This volume was a good read, I loved how this volume explored Sanji's family and his relationships with each of his family members and yet I found it all shocking how he was treated. Yet I found how his own father used slave cuffs to force him into the marriage, which added to his plight. Yet I also found the expiring of Big Moms family interesting too!

KDJSKDKD the time it took me to finish this volume was embarrassing.

I’m loving the sanji backstory we’re getting from this arc but it still needs to pick up in the other storylines in the arc.
