Understanding the concept of the Scumbags Burn in Hell Series, I sort of understood how things were progressing, I was reminded of Hell Raiser: Judgement. while reading it.

Once again Drew knocks it out of the park, bats are swinging, heads are cracking, death is everywhere.
This is about a corrupt cop who is the lowest of the lowest. Racist against the humans he believes are the scum of the earth. He has no remorse for taking them out as he believes he is doing himself and the world a huge favor. But JC learns that Karma is a b**ch and he gets his just due. Welcome to hell, scumbag!
