Alice nel paese delle meraviglie è un libro che non mi ha mai convinto del tutto, né da bambina né da adulta. Da bambina lo trovavo troppo strano e da adulta lo trovo troppo noioso.
Il libro è una critica alla società rigida e convenzionale del tempo, che viene messa in ridicolo dalle follie e dalle contraddizioni del Paese delle Meraviglie. È un libro che fa viaggiare con la fantasia e che stimola la creatività e il pensiero critico tuttavia non riesco a entrare in sintonia con la storia che non mi trasmette emozioni. Il libro mi ha colpito per la sua originalità e creatività, ma a volte mi ha anche stancato e annoiato. È un libro che apprezzo per il suo valore storico e culturale, ma che non rientra tra i miei preferiti.

while the book is very cleverly written, i much prefer the movie. the small interactions between characters are very nice, but at times quite random. the plot didn't feel very clear throughout, so it was a little difficult to follow. overall a very short read though and nice if you just want to let your imagination run wild.

This was definitely worth the read even though it was hard to follow at times for me. But that was the point. Carroll perfectly captured the weirdness of dreams with this.

It’s good I love this movie dearly but it is a fast paced book nothing wrong but nothing extraordinary.

This is the birth of nonsense writing. It feels like a fever dream to read, and is also a really good book for evolving a childs imagination. There is also so many good lines in this, under neath all the nonsense you could pull out so many morals, even though everything is supposed to be just pure nonsense.
