I want to like Angie. Heels like the right thing to do. She’s too damaged though, because she is too hurt and hurts everyone else to show it. Maybe the next is the book where she starts to claim her redemption. Then again…

Not a series that you can pick up somewhere in the middle. I did not connect with the characters - except to loathe Angie - even when she was trying to help - which dfe did in a very sick way.
