Karin Slaughter is just the best. I don't know who I hate more, Lena or Angie, but Ms. Slaughter sure knows how to create horrible characters that I love to hate, and their backgrounds are so anchored in gritty reality that I can't help but feel for them at the same time. 
Will and Sarah's relationship is keeping me on my toes, the tension is crazy! And the other characters (Faith, Amanda) are also some of my favorite across all series. 
The plot of this one was amazing as well, as usual it wasn't shying away from the horrendous things that humans do to others.

I want to like Angie. Heels like the right thing to do. She’s too damaged though, because she is too hurt and hurts everyone else to show it. Maybe the next is the book where she starts to claim her redemption. Then again…

A great and Graphic depiction of some dark twisted crimes. Even though we find out the truth halfway through the book the ending will leave you shocked. 

Is there such a thing as Justice? Who's crimes are worse? Lots of deep questions begging for your thoughts throughout the novel. 

If you like crime, gore, dark books this is a good one for you.
