The audible version could have used some more editing, but the empowering message of radical self acceptance still rang clear and loud.

Everyone must read. Please. This book is somehow both densely packed with information, inducing a powerful paradigm shift to upend one’s entire existence AND also short and extraordinarily approachable. To reread many times over and to gift to everyone.

I loved listening to the audiobook; the author narrates it and she has wonderful, positive, passion and enthusiastic voice. She is brilliant, and it’s impossible to read this book and not feel hopeful and want to radically love your body…or at least want to begin the work of radically loving your body ❤️

I will be buying the book and workbook for a reread so I can highlight some of my favorite lines and moments to review and meditate over on tough days.

Do you have a body? If the answer is yes, then this is required reading.
