Dear Lord, how I love Duchovny. Let me count the ways!

Random and bizarre but amusing enough. I'm intrigued to read the next book but I could see that this might not be for everyone - it felt vaguely political but not enough to be a political text. It was all just very bizarre.

Is the whole thing just ridiculous? Yes. But is it only 206 pages and written by David Duchovny? Also yes. 4 stars.

Listened as audiobook.
Rating: 3.5 rounding up. Very easy and entertaining book with good values brought to the audience. Many funny jokes, story is narrated more like a scriptplay for a cartoon movie, same as language, which sounds more like a conversational rather than book language. Don't expect something deep, or eye opening, just enjoy jokes and old good fairytale story in the modern world.

it was really funny and fun until it overly simplified the Palestine conflict and it leaned SO MUCH on the same quirkiness of describing human behaviour in overtly detailed ways, pop culture references and cliched jokes. the whole conflict thing just kinda ruined the book for me, I feel like it has too much nuance to be like 'haha!!!! choose love guys!!!!!'
