An interesting premise. Quick easy read.

This book was okay for me. As someone who struggles with ADHD and memory, I was constantly feeling like I was missing things. I couldn't remember characters or the plot due to the backwards telling of the story. While I love the idea of the crime being told backwards, it was incredibly hard to remember over the span of days. If I had to read the book again I would wait until I had one full day to dedicate to it. This is a book that I feel would have been better had I read it in one sitting.

First off the title is deceptive- all implies like a lot but no just two… second the ending

It was fine... some parts I figured out and others I didn’t. I really hated the format. By the end I got why... it was interesting, but I didn’t like the jumps intertwined with their flashbacks. There weren’t really any likable characters either. No one to root for.

Overall enjoyed the book. Just hard to follow with the days going backwards and time skipping back and forth to past/present.

Was on a serious break from reading and was having trouble getting through any books for a couple of months. This book broke my streak.

I really enjoyed the way the book kept me on my toes. After reading a somewhat similar thriller, I had an idea of who the killer was. However, even then, I kept second guessing myself. The way the author dealt with relationships and how hard it is to leave your past behind really leant to the character development.

My biggest issue with this book is the time skips. I think part of my massive confusion was due to the chapter names. I went into every chapter having no idea where in Nic's story I was. It would take me a page or two to figure out if I was in what I dub "Corinne era" or "Annaleise era". It was very disorienting.

Could not focus on the audio version, but this is a personal problem I have- it’s much easier for me to listen to non-fiction. Will pick this back up in book format.
