I put this on my list before escaping the rat race. Having already gone, I couldn't get into this. I already gloat enough. :)

I've done startups and I've lived corporate cubiclehood. Having already lived both types of lives, this book didn't have a lot to teach me directly, but was nevertheless really enjoyable. The author is sharp and her writing style is very engaging. The first chapter alone is worth a checkout from the library; it is replete with descriptions of bureaucratic idiocy and made me laugh which was a great catharsis.

This book was an important part of my journey leaving cubicle nation with a Fortune 150 to becoming an entrepreneur.

A great book for anyone that just wants to get OUT of the office.
All the way from "is this for you?" to "what could I do?"

I read it almost exactly one year after quitting my dayjob and still learned/was inspired by a lot
