Flannery O'Connor is the best southern gothic writer of all time. Weird, insightful, freaky, wise.

This was interesting read as far as what happens at the end. Not everyone you meet will show you their true color right away.

Dropped at 194/555

The only story that was worth reading in the nearly 200 pages I read was A Good Man Is Hard to Find. The rest were excruciatingly boring and have not aged well re:white writer writing black character.
Do yourself a favour and just find that one short story and skip the rest.

Even better than I remember from school, and I'm better equipped to appreciate them. So good.
