I got a copy of the audiobook because I narrated one of the letters. Prior to listening, I hadn’t read any of the other letters, and I loved the experience of listening to this book. Having different narrative voices read the different letters adds so much character. You get a sense of the diversity of LGBT+ people, whilst the content shows that queer love has always been there and that the experiences and challenges the community faces are not totally new, and that love will always prevail. The declarations are varied - some sad, some domestic, some joyful - and it makes this book a total joy to read.
