I love books about space, even ones that take place only on earth. I also love books about Philadelphia. Adina's observations make me want to be honest, a better human, just as she did to her readers in the book. I felt like I was trying to understand the other characters/humans along with Adina.
I was sad that the ending also made me like a reader in the book having to decide if Adina really was an alien

One of those books where I just finished it and already want to read it again. I just adore a humanity story, and this one is perfectly bittersweet. It explores all of the facets of the human experience, including those where you feel like you’re the only one who’s felt that feeling. Just a lovely capsule of a book.
