I always love when a romance book is more about the suspenseful plot and not all about the romance. Plus it’s spicy and her Gran is hilarious!

I wasn’t really sure what I was getting into when picking this up but I had so much fun with it. There’s a little mystery with a prophecy and demons but you’re reading this for unique and funny characters. This also explores a lot of kinks that I haven’t really read before which has me intrigued. The dynamics between the group are great and I can’t wait to see what happens next. I feel like this book really focused on getting us on board with the characters and their relationship but I’m hoping next book explores the plot more.

The writing seemed very childish. It started out with a kind of practical magic vibe but quickly took a weird turn. The smut scenes were lacking.
