Now we're getting somewhere. Love that we get to see more nuance behind the characters and that this world, in between the north and far shore, isn't the light hearted comedy originally promised within the first volume. Good story progression and introduction of what I assume will be important characters.

This series is such a good action manga. It’s probably one of my favorites.

I really like how each character isn’t one dimensional. It’s so difficult to write characters that are complex and in the grey zone. The author does a really splendid job on that with this one. It’s mainly focused on one character but you can see it throughout.

The art style is so iconic, too! I’m really enjoying it.

The one thing I don’t like about this is the fanservice outfit for Bishamonten. Otherwise, everything checks out good!
