Everyone loves a private show!

Oh Lucio how you captured my heart. The way he was with both Lulu and Delilah from the beginning was beautiful. And one cannot forget the private dance he gave Delilah and then was blocked by Lulu waking up. I forgot how easily it's is to love the Gallo men. I cannot wait for more books in this series!

WHAT I LIKED:
I loved this book !! Right from the beginning it catches your feelings and pulls them in every direction.
I was pissed off at a character, and then I had tears from another, and fell in love with Lucio and Delilah. This book was an emotional roller coaster. I can’t say enough good things about this book.

More Gallos, check! Hot muscled men, check! Gallo family love, check! Gallo hysterics, check! What more could you ask for from Chelle Bliss, nothing! This book is bringing us the Chicago Gallos, OH man, are they just like the cousins in the south! Loyal to the core, loving, and always willing to help a stranger in need. Lucio and Delilah are just amazing. Betty is the best mom! I cannot say enough about this family... Keep it coming Chelle!!

OMG!! The Gallos are back and hotter than ever! Luciano is the epitome of the Italian playboy with a heart of gold inside! He loves his family, his Ma and can;t get the delectable Delilah and her daughter out of his mind. Delilah finds herself with her daughter, late at night and penniless, outside of Lucian's bar. One look at her and he immediately feels the need to protect them. Their story is full of a dirt bag ex, a jerk of a father, his crazy family, and a chemistry between them that won't quit. No spoilers...you just need to read this right now!!!! I LOVED this!!!

This was a pretty good short read. Not quite an insta-love scenario, but about as close as you can get to it without it actually being instant. Everything happens really quickly, but this book was free and it was short so I expected that.

I liked it better than I thought I would, honestly. It made me smile and kept me entertained. It didn't do something that these sort of romance books typically do, which would've pissed me off. See here if you want me to spoil that a bit and explain myself:
SpoilerAt least in my experience, in these books, the couple gets together really quick, and things are going well, and then all of a sudden something happens that starts a fight or creates drama and the two of them end up falling apart for a bit. And I hate when that happens. Absolutely hate it. Same way I hate movies where the couple gets together in the first one, but then the sequel comes out and you find out they broke up because of 'differences'. I'm sorry, pisses me off to no end. Anyway, all of that to explain that it didn't happen in this story. They are attracted to each other. They get together. And then they don't stupidly fall apart because of some unforeseen drama or misunderstanding. Bravo on that point.

There is no cliffhanger, for those wanting, which satisfied me nicely. It also doesn't end in, like, the middle of this couple's story and leave you hanging in that way. The very end of this story does dangle a tidbit before you, trying to entice you to continue on and read book two. Just a teaser really. Unfortunately for me, I have too many other books I need to read, and while I enjoyed this, I did not find it earth shattering in any way, and so I will not be continuing for that reason. But I did enjoy it! So don't let me not continuing put you off from this book if it sounds like your cup of tea.

More Gallo men? Why thank you very much!

Ever since finding City (Joe) Gallo and Suzy I have been a huge Chelle Bliss fan. James and Izzy are probably my favourite Gallo couple, but I have to say that I'm really liking the Chicago branch of the family too.

Delilah is a single mother but also an uptown girl. An argument with her drunk of a father leads to her being abandoned, with her daughter, on the street outside a bar. Lucio is part owner of the bar and he swoops in to rescue her like the superhero alpha male he is.

Lucio is just such a wonderful hero, one you just can't help falling in love with from the moment you meet him. No wonder Delilah fell so hard and so fast! The story is a little insta-love, which isn't a trope I really care for, but the excellent quality of writing meant that this was easy to accept.

The story is fairly low on angst, with any issues coming from outside of their relationship. Delilah and Lucio have an instant attraction and this soon forms a deep connection. Personally I would have liked to see Delilah stand on her own two feet and gain some independence before shacking up with Lucio. If I hadn't believed in her feelings for him, courtesy of this author's great writing, she could have felt like a user or just a very desperate and needy character.

The book is really easy to read, held my attention and was very enjoyable. There is a lot of dirty talking, though only a couple of get down and dirty scenes. As long as you don't mind some bad language and bedroom activity then this is a book I am only too happy to recommend.

The Chicago Gallos are just as amazing as the Florida Gallos. Lucio and Delilah were such a cute couple but my favorite character was Betty. She is an amazing mom. I can't wait to see how she interferes with the rest of the Gallo children.
