It's not that extraordinary of a story. Jordan, the main character, is living with her bf Cole. He gets them kicked out of their apartment, and they move in with his dad. She catches him cheating on her, and then she starts an affair with his dad, Pike. They fall in love. When Cole finds out, they break up, and she runs away for a bit, but they end up together, married, with a kid and another on the way. They have a minor story about her ex Jay, who used to hit her, and he was weirdly friends with Cole? Idk why Cole would hang out with him. Cole ends up in the military and meets his own wife. They have a son. It was just okay. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. But it wasn't bad. Just simply ok.

I really enjoyed The Doctor, which was the exact same premise as this book, and at the beginning i thought it was a crappier version of that. However, this is just a slower pace, and after really getting into it, I loved this one just as much.

This had a really great progression and surprising character development for a book that is pure filth ;) Glad to finally be in on this one, as I know its somewhat of a top booktok trope book.

I mean what can I say… Penelope Douglas really knows how to write an emotionally immature chauvinistic father with anger issues that likes to fuck teenagers (I’m looking at you Credence). This one just happens to be his son’s daughter. What a wild ride it was!

Let me just say this. There’s a difference between a good book and a fun book. This book was ENTIRELY just a fun book. Wasn’t giggling and kicking my feet, but yeah, I was seated.

love it

This was such a well written story. I love it and wish there was more. Pike and Jordan’s relationship is so cute.

Good book but extremely long and drawn out. This book made me discover I have a daddy kink lol

I really wanted to enjoy this more. A fun read. And the narrator's were great.
