This was such a unique read for me. My first time reading a Western horror book. This was a little sad at the end to be honest but I still truly enjoyed this. I didn’t find it predictable at all and quite enjoyed reading about the characters. I find the writer to be original in his story telling, in the way each character had a POV. Would 100% recommend to someone who is looking to read something unique and weird, (although shocking and graphic at times.)

I'm not super familiar with Western tropes, but this was a fun combination of western/fantasy. It's always enjoyable when authors take fantasy and put it in a period not usually associated with it. It was a fun book, with a lot of terrible things that happen along the plot.

I absolutely adored this. The perfect blend of Western and horror, with a cast of characters you come to truly love (or detest in a couple of cases). The story unfurls so perfectly, taking the reader on a journey as we follow the rag-tag posey on there's. And when we get to the horror, no punches are held. This deserves to be a massive hit.

I would've liked a little bit more character development, but the characters themselves were interesting, and the word was so cool and engaging for me.
