Such a cool book! To go through the process of being bitten and turning into a werewolf, with the character!!

I loved the characters so much! Rory and Liam were super cute together. I loved the twin thing between sisters, and how her sister was having a baby. And through everything she had to figure out how to deal with becoming a werewolf every full moon and not hurting anybody. Some of the descriptions were kind of gross though. Ha! But it was definitely a really good imagery of what it would be like.

If you like werewolves, this is a really unique story that I think you’d enjoy. There’s also friends-to-lovers, twin sisters relationship, friends, parties and lots of wit and awkwardness.

Women werewolves just make sense.

The snarky dialog in this was almost over the top, and the characters all shut down their emotions for most of the book. But the rage is real, and the story is great. (As a side character, her sister’s feelings and experience with pregnancy/birth is so real and relatable.) All werewolf stories should be women from now on

Quick and enjoyable.
Rory returns home - pausing her big city life to lend her twin support during the last weeks of her pregnancy.
On her way home, Rory has an accident. Getting out of her car - while the reader of course is like no no no no. She suffers an animal bite, gets treatment and the book begins.
Lots of complicated relationships, mentions of childhood trauma and moving on.
And the love interest - so well done.
