Such a fun little story! I loved her relationships with her family and friends, the hometown return aspect. I didn't really understand why Ian was so obsessed with her, but I will accept it.

I expected it to pick up the pace but it didn't. Although it's main character is a werewolf, the plot focuses on her family and small town more than anything. Some parts were sad or uncomfortable, but I found some parts surprisingly touching and relatable. Kind of fun, but wouldn't read twice. Some great lines.

LOVED THIS BOOK. Rachel Harrison is incredible. This book was a perfect friends to lovers romance + werewolf story. I loved the characters. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Wonderful exploration of the female experience. Harrison creates an amazing metaphor for what it’s like to live as a woman and the characters are so well developed as is the norm for her writing.
