Pretty darn creepy. I enjoyed the story overall. I thought the end was a tad confusing.

Creepily effective, as narrated by Euan Morton. Well done shifts of thirty years between 12 year old narrator Eddie, and he and his mates at 42. Excellent unreliable narration. However, it fell down in the climax trying to nail the ending of revealing the killing of Elissa, etc for me with over-the-top actions and highly implausible movements. Also, I had a different killer in mind, mostly worked out, and I think mine would have been better :+)

An excellent, fast-paced mystery with interesting, multifaceted characters.  The plot twists are exactly what I look for in a thriller!  I would recommend reading the trigger warnings beforehand.  The Eddie SA scene was unneccesary in my opinion.

What a book!

Twists, turns, and bloody good characters. It only gets better from the beginning and keeps you hooked.

All of the main characters are flawed and that's what I loved about this one.

If you have to read a thriller, read this one.

Best book I've read in recent times :D

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. It had an ending that I definitely didn't expect.
