I really liked this book. This cumulative picture book is about 6 different animals that escape the cold winter night by joining William in his bed. This story would also make a great felt board version.
Update: read during my kindess storytime and the children really loved the story and understood the message of kindness through sharing.

Most of my favorite things: happy, upbeat pace, nice rhyming scheme, cute story, and a caring main character. The illustrators weren't bad either. I'd recommend.

Such an adorable read! I certainly wanted to get cozy and have a nap after reading it.

We have read this book so. many. times. Peter loves it. He can retell it. Great, high quality board book too.
