For those who have ever been teased about their name, or wanted to change it. When Aviva hears her mother's stories about her grandmother, and learns the true meaning of her name, she gains pride in it. Elements of Jewish naming traditions could add depth to discussions with children.

This stretched a bit long for me, but overall I enjoyed it.

Fantastic book! I could totally relate to Aviva, as I also have my Grandmother's Hebrew name, which is fairly uncommon. Plus my other grandmother was named Ada.
