This book was harder to get through than the others. I'm not sure why exactly but it did not keep my attention as well as the first two books. You learn a lot of necessary plot points this round but I don't know...
Still a relatively fun read and I will be finishing out the series.
This book does have the same needed editing as the first two. Some repeated words, bits that could have been written more concisely, etc.

Dahlia went with Mira (her custodian), Gullie (the pixie) and Melina to the moon children (werewolves), there she finds her uncle Torros, her mother was once an alpha of that pack. Dahlia is a white wolf from the prophecy, she meets up with Cillian (the prince) and brings him into the pack village. The pack doesn’t trust her, the white wolf is supposed to lead them in a fight against the king.

The prince has his evil brother Radulf inside of him, at the end the alpha Ashera tries to perform an exorcism, it fails. Now they have a new plan to bring Radulf out of Cilians body, Dahlia will go back to the castle and compete in the selection to be the possesed prince‘s wife, so that the moon children can kill the king.

I won’t be reading the next book.

So many aspects felt rushe  or not fleshed out enough. Going to eventually read book four but not immediately.

This review covers all the first 3 books of the series.

book one: 4 stars
book two: 4 stars
book three: 3.5 stars

I’m not even sure where to start with all of this because I have a lot to say but I don’t want to spoil anything so I’ll try and keep this as short as possible!

WRITING: could this be a new favourite indie author? I think so! Everything about this book had me clawing for more (so much so I finished all three released books in 24 hours) so that’s gotta show some talent, right?
PLOT: book one and two were definitely my favourites but that’s primarily because it focused on the selection & the trials they had to face were really interesting. I liked book three and for our main character to go on her expedition of finding answers. I have a feeling I will like the fourth book more as we are going back to where it started.
CHARACTERS: so Cillian has my heart and I honestly loved all our secondary characters! Gullie and Mira were hilarious and their interactions were great and I really liked the build up with the romance.

The only thing I can critique for all three books is that I wanted more world building and explanations for things and we didn’t get that. I was confused at some parts and wanted some more depth regarding the history of the fae world.

Overall, l would definitely recommend this series so far!
