This live recording of Brené Brown was so cathartic for me. I almost stopped listening because I didn’t realize it was a conference recording. I was expecting the book. I am extremely grateful I kept listening. She does swear a lot in her talk, but other than that everything is brilliant. Such wonderful reminders on how to set boundaries and love one another. People are doing their best. She keeps it real and relatable.
