Holy hell, one of the best books I’ve ever read. Do yourself a favor and read this before the movie comes out (which I hear is going to be just as good).

I can’t wait to read more of Colson Whitehead’s work, his writing is phenomenal. 

Also margaret walked into the room right as I was finishing this and asked me if everything was okay because I was SOBBING
